Production Process

We specialize in the production of a wide range of heavy-duty shafts, including train wheel axles, blower spindles, and machine tool spindles.

Our facility is equipped with 5 medium-frequency furnaces and 5 electroslag remelting furnaces, capable of producing alloy steel castings ranging from 1 to 18 tons, with an annual output of 10,000 tons. The electroslag remelting process offers exceptional flexibility in producing special steels in varying sizes and batch quantities, while ensuring high purity, uniform composition, and a dense, homogeneous crystalline structure.

A digitally-controlled natural gas heating furnace enables precise regulation of material heating temperatures. For forging, we operate an 800T fast forging machine for efficient shaping, as well as 3150T and 5000T oil presses for heavy-duty axle products. These ensure the required forging ratio is achieved and contribute to a refined microstructure.

Over 20 digital resistance furnaces perform annealing, quenching, and tempering treatments to guarantee the mechanical properties of the products. Finally, large-scale lathes and grinding machines are employed to achieve precise dimensional accuracy and superior surface finish of the shafts
