Forging is a manufacturing process involving the shaping of metal using localized compressive forces. HUAWEI offers open die forging and ring forging services. Material can be steel, iron and non-ferrous. Material can be handled include steel, iron, non-ferrous. Single component weight range is from 20Kg to 30,000Kgs. We can complete free forging and die forging, and have 8000T and 4000T forging equipment, which can complete most of the customer's requirements. Other requirements will depend on the drawings and designs.
Forged shaft is one of the indispensable parts in modern industry, which can work in the environment of high strength, high temperature, large load and torque. The forged shaft manufacturing process is relatively complicated. It is a high-strength forging manufacturing technology, so it has high requirements for production technology, production equipment and materials.
